dentistry is our commitment to quality and excellence. Just as we are committed to excellent dental care, we are committed to making dental care affordable for you. One way we accomplish this is by limiting costly billing procedures and requesting payment at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, checks and cash.
DENTAL INSURANCE
We accept dental insurance and are happy to cooperate with you and your dental insurance carrier to assist you in receiving the maximum reimbursement possible. Most dental insurance plans will not cover 100% of the cost of treatment. Because of this and the delay in receiving payments from the insurance company, you will be asked to take care of the deductible and co-payments at the time service is rendered. We will estimate your coverage as closely as possible. It is important for you to remember that your insurance is a contract with you and your employer, not with our office, so we cannot guarantee your coverage or benefits.
PAYMENT PLANS
Our goal is to make sure that all our patients leave our office feeling good about their financial arrangement. Since some dental procedures may require more flexible options, our staff will create a payment schedule that fits your budget. We also have an outside company that will aid our patients in receiving the best dental care possible. Please ask our staff about the financial arrangements that best suits your needs.
FINANCING
As a service to our guests, we are pleased to offer CareCredit, the nation's leading patient payment program. For fees from $300 to $25,000, upon request and approval, CareCredit offers a comprehensive range of plans with low minimum monthly payments that fit comfortably into every budget.
CareCredit is a personal line of credit for healthcare treatments and procedures for your entire family. It works like a credit card but it has two advantages. It can only be used for healthcare services and you can get No Interest* financing every time you use it. Simply pay your minimum monthly payment and pay off the entire balance by the end of your promotional period and you pay No Interest. You can get a No Interest* payment plan if paid in full within 6, 12, 18 or 24 months on purchases with your CareCredit card. Interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date if the promotional balance, including optional charges, is not paid in full within 6, 12, 18 or 24 months or if you make a late payment. Minimum monthly payments are required.
